Our system identifies change occurring at 3 different levels:

1. Conscious - your active mind – thoughts – navigation system
2. Subconscious – your habitual mind – emotions – power/engine source
3. Consciousness – your connection to source – heart/feeling – alignment centre

Most coaching programs focus on change at Level 1 – The Conscious Level. They’ll help you achieve your results in the present moment. The problem with this style of coaching, is it is short-term and your sabotaging patterns and habits will return as soon as your focus is taken off the task.

Good coaching programs focus on change at Level 2 – The Subconscious Level. Here, they look at your values, beliefs, attitudes, and decisions. When you change at this level, you’ll experience minor shifts in your behaviours and maybe even experience a breakthrough which will impact and change the direction of your results.

BMS FUSION COACHING is focused on change at Level 3 – The Consciousness Level. When you make change at this level and align your conscious and subconscious with your true essence, you impact EVERYTHING from the inside out, so much so, you can never go back to the old you. Change at this level is eliminating everything that is not empowering to who you are at your core, and is made so deep, it affects everything at the unconscious and conscious level for the long-term.
